Local Spring Flower Show!

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a nice weekend! On Saturday I took my mother to the local flower show. It wasn't very big but it was nice to see all the Spring flowers after a very long, cold winter! Daffodils are my favorite and every Spring, I will say to myself that I wished I had planted some bulbs last fall! A cute little frog family! I'm not too sure I would put this in my yard though!

Now we're talking!!! LOL This would be quite a pool side decoration that my friends would probably love!

A few exhibitions from the local florists!

Well, that is about it for this flower show, the Boston flower show is in a few weeks, I am hoping that will be a lot better! Have a great Monday!

Nice to have a taste of Spring! I went to a garden expo on the weekend too, but there weren't many mini-gardens on display, just in the lobby. The main room was the exhibitors' wares. Nice stuff, but I'd have liked to have seen more floral displays!

I'm not exactly a flower-dog so I'm just going to reply to your comment today. The double leash issue. Frankie is much bigger than I am so M makes her extension much shorter. Of course we didn't get it at first, but when we'd walk at a steady fast pace we'd get in the groove eventually. We kept improving that way. Of course, every now and then Frankie will still yank me hard.
Glad you and your mother enjoyed the flower show :)

What lovely flowers. It's posts like this that help us through the long Colorado winter. We've little snow, but virtually no color. This helps soooo much!
