I am very excited to show you the photos of the baby birds I found while taking pictures of the nest earlier today. I stood on my toes to get a picture of the inside of the nest and when I viewed them, I found the babies. This evening, I went sneaking around to see if I could find the mother and there she was watching over her babies. I think she is a wren. I will have to do some research on her! Unless of course if anybody knows what type of bird she is, you can let me know. Don't worry, I did not touch the nest or babies! What a nice surprise to find them there for all of us! I will keep you up to date on there progress!!
